Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse via Australia Post Parcel Post, and delivery times are in the following ranges:
- Brisbane metro: 1 to 2 working days
- Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra metro: 2 to 4 working days
- Adelaide/Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro: 2 to 6 working days
- QLD/NSW/VIC regional: 2 to 4 working days
- SA/WA/TAS/NT regional: 4 to 6 working days
Our delivery fees are a flat rate $8 for orders up to $50. Orders $50 or over (excluding shipping) will receive free shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post. Tracking numbers are provided to all customers upon dispatch of shipments.

Australia Post Express Post is also available as an option for customers that want their delivery a bit quicker (1-2 working days nationally). Pricing varies based on the weight of the shipment as well as your distance from Brisbane, and starts from $10 for packages under 500g. An exact price is calculated at checkout.
International shipping outside Australia
At this stage In Our Hands does not ship internationally.
Delivery - Same Day Dispatch Cut Off Times
Typically orders received before noon Brisbane time will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and QLD Public Holidays). During peak periods this may not always be possible.
Terms and Conditions
1. We will aim process all orders within 1 business day of receipt.
2. Within Australia, your delivery will be received within 1-6 days, however can take longer in more remote areas. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post.
3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
4. Delivery, within Australia, is free over $50 and a flat rate of $8 below that.
5. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
