Our centre is open 10.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday please call in and see us

The In Our Hands Health & Lifestyle Support Centre is a community owned and community operated centre run entirely by volunteers. The aim of the centre is to provide the community with the resources they may need to live a long and healthy life. The centre provides information (pamphlets etc.), Lifestyle courses, and exercise opportunities (Tai Chi). The centre also provides facilities for support groups to use if they so wish. Our volunteers are trained to provide all of our services and our centre is open to the public Monday - Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm (closed public holidays). See our forthcoming events. The centre works in partnership with the Spencer Gulf Rural Health School in providing CDSMP training for both health professionals and community members.
