Move It Or Loose It exercise group

This group is for people who want to do some gentle exercises to improve their general fitness but may not want to go to a gym. The centre has some basic equipment (stretch bands, small weights etc) and provides you the opportunity to undertake some exercises at your own pace. These exercises will help you build or maintain muscle tone, your flexibility, balance and overall general fitness. Other exercises include working out to routines such as Heart Moves (by the Heart Foundation) and others. The sessions are on Tuesday at 1.30pm - 2.30pm and Thursday at 1.30pm until 2.30pm, please contact us to confirm the session is available,refreshments are also available. Easy Moves exercise group

This group provides a way of exercising for people in a social atmosphere, the exercises can be done standing or sitting and at your own pace. The program is devised by  Life Be In It  and is designed to enable you to do a simple but enjoyable work out. The sessions are open to anyone so just come along and enjoy it.  We currently run sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings in the centre and also at our Ramsey St base on Friday afternoons   For further information please look at our program of activities or phone us on 86488463 or click here
